Carcinoma ex pleomorphic adenoma is malignant tumor arising in pre-exsisting pleomorphic adenoma, encompassed by the malignant mixed tumors. The characteric microscopic features is that both benign epithelial, myxochondroidal elements and
infiltrative,
destructive, malignant elemants is found in a specimen.
We presented a rare case of carcinoma ex pleomophic adenoma occurred in parotid gland, showing movable mass with pain and facial paralysis.
